From the perusal of report, it appears that the complainant was residing with the applicant in live-in relationship for long time. She had sexual relations with the applicant. When the applicant refused to perform marriage, she lodged the report. It is alleged that parents of applicant compelled her to abort the pregnancy. For a long time, she had sexual relations with the applicant. She was major, aged about 23 years. Looking to the

LD-VC-ABA 409.2020.odt allegations in the report, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 22-6-2020 is hereby confirmed. 5.

The application is disposed of.
