The respondent/original complainant is present along with her Advocate, before the Court. The father-in-law and mother-in-law i.e. original respondents along with their Advocate are also present. The respondent has filed an affidavit stating therein that the dispute between them has been settled amicably and that she will withdraw the proceedings filed by her against her in- laws u/s 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005 before the learned Magistrate. The affidavit is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission granted. Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Steno copy is allowed.
