Heard Shri Anil Dhawas, learned Counsel for the petitioner at length.

The grievance is that the status quo order which was granted on 24-3-2020 is not extended.

Perusal of the impugned order dated 03-6-2020 reveals that the status quo order dated 24-3-2020 was not extended since there was no effort taken to seek an extension on the next date of hearing in April 2020. It was in this view of the matter, that the trial Court refused to consider the extension of status quo. No fault can be found with the approach of the trial Court.

Shri Anil Dhawas, learned Counsel would submit that the petitioner be permitted to move a fresh motion for status quo by taking the case on board. The petitioner is always at liberty to move a fresh motion and if such motion is moved, the same shall be considered on its own merit and in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

The order be communicated to the Counsel appearing for the parties, either on the email address or on WhatsApp or by such other mode, as is permissible in law.
