Perused the application. Heard Mr. Sohoni, learned counsel for the applicant.

There are justifiable reason for transfer of the petition which is pending in the Family Court, Bandra Mumbai to Family Court at Akola. This application was moved soon after the applicant/wife received summons from Family Court at Bandra Mumbai. She instead of attending that case, moved this application in early 2014.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.
