DATE : 20/06/2022 Mr. Kadu, learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the entire arrears as per the judgment dated 17.2.2022 at the rate of Rs.8,000/- per month from 26.3.2018 have been cleared off by the applicant. He however, later by inviting my attention to para 12 of the revision application, states that the above statement is incorrect and the arrears of Rs.2,68,000/- were on the applicant, which would indicate that the same have not bee paid. This clearly indicates that an incorrect statement was made to the Court to mislead the Court, considering which, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order on the this sole ground. The revision is therefore dismissed.
