By this application the claimants seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Considering reasons mentioned in the application and after perusing the award passed by the Claims Tribunal the following order is passed:

The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 20% of the amount of compensation awarded to her by the Claims Tribunal. Respondent no.4 is permitted to withdraw 10% of the amount of compensation awarded to her by the Claims Tribunal. Similarly the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall be paid amount of interest on the amount that has been invested in terms of the directions issued by the Tribunal. Application is allowed in aforesaid terms. No costs.
