DATED : 03-04 -202 By present application, the applicant/claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the remaining amount of compensation which is lying with the Registry. Learned counsels submit that First Appeal No. 590/2018 has been withdrawn by the non-applicant insurance company in the Lok Adalat. Thus, the appeal is disposed of.

In view of the above, there appears no reason why should applicant/claimant be not allowed to withdraw the amount lying with the Registry. The application is accordingly allowed.

The amount of compensation lying with the Registry be disbursed to the claimant, as prayed for, but strictly in accordance with the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
