BORKAR DATE : March 13, 2020 Civil Application No.860 of 2019 The applicants have filed Writ Petition No.3128/2006 seeking appointment on the post of Multipurpose Health Workers (Male). By referring to communication dated 13/07/2011 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Yavatmal in which it has been stated that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have already been given appointment on the post Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) a request has been made to the Secretary, Rural Development and Water Conservation Department to consider the case of petitioner Nos.3 to 8. Though this request was made on 13/07/2011, till date there is no response from the respondent No.1.

In that view of the matter the respondent No.1 is directed to take a decision on the communication dated 13/07/2011 in the matter of granting appointment to petitioner Nos.3 to 8 on the post of Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) within a period

376-WP-3128-06 2/2 of six weeks from today. Such decision be taken expeditiously on its own merits considering the fact that the said communication is dated 13/07/2011.

Stand over after six weeks.
