Shri S.P. Bhandarkar, Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that in view of subsequent event i.e. death of father of petitioner, it is now difficult for the petitioner to reside alone at Gujriwad, Tah. Brahmapuri or at Sawargaon and the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the grievance made in the present contempt petition. The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for seeking redressal of her grievance. As cognizance is not yet taken by this Court in the present proceedings till date, the petition is disposed as withdrawn. Though the learned Advocate for the respondent

2 cp133.12 No.1 has opposed the grant of liberty as sought by the petitioner, considering the nature of grievance and the facts of the case liberty as prayed for is granted. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. The respondent is at liberty to cancel the lease agreement in respect of room which he had taken on lease to accommodate the petitioner.
