Present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the application for review of the order dated 29/08/2017.

By order dated 29/08/2017, this Court has transferred the HMP No.A-248/2016 to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon, which is under challenge in this review.

The delay is caused in preferring the review application.

In the meanwhile, the proceeding bearing HMP No.A-248/2016 is transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon which is already disposed of as per the statement of learned Counsel Shri V. Chakravarty for the applicant.
