Learned counsel appearing for petitioner has filed pursis (St) No. 16636/2018 on 28.11.2019, the contents of which are reproduced below :

"

The vide letter 18/11/2018, the petitioner was informed to contact the counsel for petitioner immediately. The petitioner has received the said letter on 22.11.2018 however despite receipt of the said letter, the petitioner has not contacted the counsel for petitioner for necessary instructions. A copy of the letter and the acknowledgement is annexed herewith at ANNEXURE -A. In view of the above facts the counsel for petitioner is reporting no instruction on behalf of the petitioner".

In view of the aforesaid pursis, the learned counsels appearing for the petitioners are discharged.

No one appears for the petitioner. The Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
