17/07/ The present application is filed for grant of permission to withdraw the balance amount deposited by the appellant. It appears that the appellant has deposited amount of Rs.74,35,668/- on 20/10/2015. The amount of Rs.8,27,886/- was deposited on 27/07/2015 with this Court. Thus, the total amount of Rs.82,63,554/- came to be deposited by the appellant. 2.

This Court on 22/04/2016 allowed the respondents to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount. Thereafter, First Appeal No.324/2016 came to be dismissed by this Court on 17/03/2023.

The learned Counsel for appellant has not made any statement about filing of any appeal or any stay to the order passed by this Court. As such application is allowed.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby allowed to withdraw the balance amount along with accrued interest so deposited by appellant.

The Registry is directed to disburse the same in favour of respondent No.2 and 3 applicants. 6.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
