Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 2) The facts in the present petitions are identical to the facts in the case of Sudamrao Keshawrao Aher and others vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, reported at 2014 (1) ALL MR 697, Writ Petition No.10283 of 2012 decided by High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad on 21st November 2013 and in Writ Petition
No.4628 of 2013, Dr. Shripad Anandrao Sonegaonkar vs. State of Maharashtra and others, decided by this Court on 27/01/2014. 3) In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed to compute the amount payable to the petitioners in accordance with the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No.10283 of 2012 and another and release the said amount to the petitioners. The same shall be done within a period of three months from the date of the order. 4) Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. The writ petitions are disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
