Present application is filed by the legal heirs of appellant No.2(a). The appeal is already disposed of. It is further submitted that appellant No.2(a) Raju Sattar Tagale is dead, after the disposal of the appeal. His legal heir Zuber Naushad @ Raju Tagale is entitled to receive the compensation. The deponent Zuber Naushad @ Raju Tagale filed an affidavit in support of the said contention. 2.

In view of that, the legal heirs of appellant No.2 i.e. 2(b) to 2(d) and legal heir of appellant No.2(a) namely, Zuber Naushad @ Raju Tagale are permitted to withdraw the amount as per their shares on due identification and verification.

The amount be disbursed along with the accrued interest.
