Heard Ms Tapadia, learned counsel for applicants and Mr. Patil, learned counsel for non applicant. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati in Domestic Violence Case No.205/2015, within a period of two weeks from today. While seeking the extension, the applicants themselves volunteer that in order to show their bona fide, they will deposit Rs.10,000/-, in addition to Rs.3,00,000/-, in the Court below.

The statement is accepted.

It is expected that both the parties shall cooperate with the learned Magistrate for early disposal of the case pending before it as per the earlier directions. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
