This is an application for condonation of delay which is caused in filing the restoration application. 3.

As per the contention of the appellant that the Registrar (J.) has passed the order to remove the office objections within 14 days which was inadvertently not noted by the learned Counsel for the appellant, and therefore, the delay is caused.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 174 days is condoned. 5.

Civil application is disposed of.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO.6458 OF 2023 On removal of office objections within two weeks, the appeal be restored at its original stage. On failure to remove the office objections, the order passed by the Registrar (J.) will survive.
