The name of respondent No.4 be deleted from the array of the respondents. Perused the judgment of the learned Labour Commissioner, Nagpur. It is true that the name of claimant No.4 Tanveer has been wrongly typed in the cause title. He has no concern with the claimants.

After appearance of the original claimants, if they contend that respondent No.4 is concerned with the dispute, they are at liberty to point out and then it will be considered. The civil application is disposed of.
