DATE : 17.11.2025 In the present matter, this Court, vide order dated 04.03.2019, by recording the fact that the appellant is not appearing in the matter, dismissed the appeal for want of prosecution. After that, the applicant has moved the present Civil Application for restoration of the appeal. This application is pending on the file of this Court since 2019. 2.
The record shows that on various occasions, this matter was listed before the Registrar for supplying the copies for respondent Nos.2 and 3. However, no steps were taken by the applicant in the matter. Accordingly, by order of the Registrar dated 15.11.2022, this application came to be dismissed against respondent Nos.2 and 3.

In view of this factual position, this Court, by order dated 10.11.2025, recorded that the appellant seems not to
62 mca 819-2019.odt be interested to prosecute the present application. However, to grant one more opportunity, the matter was kept today. But today, again, no one appeared on behalf of applicant in the matter. This fact demonstrates that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the present proceeding. The application stands dismissed.
