In pursuance to the order dated 3/3/2021, an amount of Rs.16,99,550/-, has been deposited in the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim, by cheque no.975464 dated 30/7/2021, in stead of depositing the same in this Court, however, the deposit before the Trial Court, institutes sufficient compliance, in view of which, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the proceedings are therefore dropped. The contempt petition stands disposed of. No costs. 2.
