Shri Dharaskar, learned Counsel holding for Shri A. Parchure, learned Counsel for petitioner states that papers are already collected by the petitioner with no objection for engaging another Advocate.

appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 has invited our attention to the order sheets to show that since 10.02.2016 the matter is being adjourned at the request of the petitioner.

Prayer in the petition is to grant permanent affiliation to all three classes/batches of

Order 0605wp2568.15 Yoga and Naturopathy course run by petitioner Institution as per the directions of respondent no.1. 4.

On 05.05.2015, this Court has specifically observed that the petitioners were playing with the carrier of the students and education, and the education and carrier of the students was therefore left at the risk of the petitioner. This Court therefore, did not pass any order.

In this situation, we dismiss the Writ Petition for want of prosecution.

However, respondent no.3 shall visit the college of petitioner and find out whether any students are admitted or are taking education. The order shall be complied with by him within a period of four weeks from today, and report shall be submitted to the Registry of this Court with copy thereof to the office of the Government Pleader. Registry shall place that report for consideration of this Court on 10.06.2016. 7.

Copy of this order be furnished to learned counsel for the parties to act upon.
