Since the applicant has got efficacious remedy of filing an application for discharge, we are not inclined to entertain the present Criminal Application in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Criminal Application is, therefore, disposed of relegating the applicant to the alternate remedy available to him in law.
