Amendment be carried out forthwith by correcting the name of applicant no.2.

Heard.

Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary. The offences registered against these applicants are those, which are punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Whatever has been recovered from the possession of these applicants consists of one piece of rope and one mobile from applicant no.1 and one mobile and one knife from applicant no.2. These articles by themselves may not be sufÏcient to prima facie implicate the applicants in this crime. There must be present on record other relevant circumstances. However, there is a doubt about the circumstances, in which these applicants were found. This would show that now the applicants can be granted bail. The learned Counsel for the applicant, at this stage, submits that both the applicants are ready to furnish local sureties of Nagpur.

ba.278.18 2/2 In view of the above, this application is allowed. It is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that the sureties be furnished by the applicants would be the local sureties from Nagpur District and that the applicants shall regularly attend the dates fixed in the trial and shall also co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
