CIVIL APPLICATION NO.41 OF 2023 Present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 08/01/2020 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.559/2015. 2.

Learned Counsel Shri Gohokar submitted that the principle amount is already deposited in the reference Court.

On depositing the interest amount along with statutory benefits within ten weeks, the effect, operation
