The present application is for seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount.

The appeal is already disposed of as settled in National Lok-Adalat on 10.02.2018. The respondent No.1 Sopan Jairam Kalbande is dead and the applicant Santosh Sopan Kalbande is the only legal heir. The application is supported by the death certificate of respondent No.1 and the legal heir certificate by which it is shown that the applicant Santosh Sopan Kalbande is the only legal heir.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, and considering the appeal is already

(2) 5.caf.1118.2023 disposed of by amicable settlement. The applicant Santosh Sopan Kalbande is permitted to withdraw the amount along with the accrued interest on due identification and verification.
