DATED : 2-12-2024 Having heard for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the purpose will be served, if petitioner is permitted to challenge the report of condition of building given by VNIT, Nagpur through the Engineers, namely, Dr. Sangeeta Gadve and Dr. A. Y. Vyavahare with further liberty to cross-examine either of them, who will be examined by the respondents - defendants in support of their case that the property under question is in dilapidated condition and is not safe for human habitation. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner.
