Applicant has been arrested on 21.1.2017. Seizures have already been effected and now, even the charge-sheet has been filed.
In the circumstances, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 50/2017 registered with Police Station, Saoli for the offences punishable under Sections 65 (E) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions :
(a) Applicant shall regularly attend all dates of hearing in the trial Court as may be fixed in the trial. (b) Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.
