: (Per A.S. Chandurkar, J.) Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties. Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Abhay Sambre, learned Counsel waives for respondent No.3. 02] The petitioners seek appointment on appropriate posts at respondent No.3-Municipal Council based on the recommendations of the Lad-Page Committee. The Municipal Council has on 16/07/2021 passed Resolution No.38 recommending the names of the petitioners for such appointments. Pursuant thereto, petitioners have made representations dated 19/04/2022, 24/04/2022 and 26/04/2022 to the Chief Officer seeking such appointments. These representations are still undecided. In these facts, the
3/3 interest of justice would be served by directing the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Buldhana to decide the aforesaid representations within a period of six weeks from receipt of copy of this order.
