Heard Shri I.G. Meshram, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri N.B. Jawade, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Shri Raj Wakode, learned counsel for respondent No. 6.

The learned AGP, upon instructions, states that the proposal of the petitioner for the period from 01.07.2012 to 31.01.2015 is favourably decided and papers have been forwarded to the treasury for drawing necessary bill.

Shri Meshram, learned counsel, however, invites attention to prayer clause 'C' in the writ petition. The payment is yet to be received by the petitioner. The prayer for grant of interest will be considered after the payment is made to him.

Therefore, without observing anything in that respect and with directions to complete the payment to the petitioner within next three months, we dispose of the present petition with liberty to approach again, if occasion for demanding interest arises. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
