DATED : 04/03/2024 This Writ Petition was filed on 27/03/2023 and notices were issued on 18/04/2023. In the present petition, the directions are sought against the respondents Authority to take action against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 and thereby to demolish the illegal construction. 2.

Shri Puranik, learned Counsel for respondent - Corporation states that the Corporation has already removed some part of illegal construction and tomorrow, they are going to remove the remaining illegal portion including illegal construction made by the petitioner. 3.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
