For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made in the application is granted, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the costs would be deposited today only.

The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.

If the costs are paid, issue notice of final disposal to the respondent no.4, returnable on 11.04.2016.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent no.4 by Hamdast.
