What is assailed is an order under Section 18 (4) of the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 (Act).

The order is revisable under Section 9 of the said Act.

It is consistently held by this Court that writ jurisdiction ought not to be exercised where the revisional remedy is not availed of.

With liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the revisional remedy, the petition is dismissed. 5.

Interim order shall continue to operate for forty-five days to enable the petitioner to avail the revisional remedy.
