Issue notice to the non-applicants/respondents. Shri C.R.Najbile, advocate waives notice for the respondent No.1 and Ms Geeta Tiwari, A.G.P. waives notice for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

The interim order granted on 23rd June, 2017 to continue until further orders, however, on condition that the entire amount as per the impugned award is deposited within two weeks.

The learned advocate for the appellant, learned advocate for the respondent No.1/claimant and the learned A.G.P. jointly request that the matter be placed before the National Lok Adalat scheduled on 14th April, 2018. The authorized representatives of the appellant and respondent No.2 and the respondent No.1/ claimant shall remain present before the National Lok Adalat on 14th April, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
