Neither any document of ownership in respect of the property in question has been produced nor letter of sanction of construction from the competent Authority has been produced. In the absence of both these documents, the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati, has held that notice of removal of encroachment does not call for any interference.

In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed.

At this stage, Mrs. Vaishali Khadatkar, learned counsel for the petitioners, makes a request for grant of protection for a period of four .....2/-
