Issue notice, returnable on 23rd April, 2018. Shri C.R.Najbile, advocate waives notice for the respondent Nos.1a and 1b and Shri M.A.Kadu, A.G.P. waives notice for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

As it is submitted on behalf of the appellant that the cheque for the amount to be deposited, is ready and it will be deposited within two weeks. If the amount is deposited within two weeks, the interim order granted by this Court on 10th July, 2017 shall continue until further orders.

The learned advocate for the appellant, learned advocate for the respondent Nos.1a and 1b and the learned A.G.P. jointly request to place the matter before National Lok Adalat scheduled on 14th April, 2018.

The respondent Nos.1a and 1b(claimants) and authorized representatives of the appellant and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall attend the National Lok Adalat at Nagpur on 14th April, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
