The present petition has been filed with a limited prayer to direct the respondents to categorize his custody which can be considered for further purpose. Though, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the prayer was in respect of considering the premature release of the petitioner. She says that she is not pressing at this stage.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirms that the proposal still pending as regards the categorization is concerned, and therefore, we direct the respondents before whom the proposal is SKNair
