This is an application for relaxation of condition. 2.

By order dated 23.10.2024, this Court permitted respondent nos.1 to 5 and 7 to 10 to withdraw 50% of decreetal amount on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety alongwith accrued interest thereon. 3.

The contention is that the land of entire village has been acquired and therefore, respondent nos. 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 are unable to furnish solvent surety.

Considering the situation, permission to even withdraw 25% of the decreetal amount on furnishing usual undertaking is granted.

The application stands disposed of.
