Shri R.G.Kavimandan, advocate for the nonapplicant/ original appellant accepts that there is typographical error on page No.5 of the order dated 16th September, 2014 and the date "25th November, 2011" is required to be substituted by "25th November, 2001". The office is directed to carry out the correction accordingly so that the sentence on page No.5 reads as follows :

"In fact, the applicant has placed on the record document which is a communication issued by the Primary Consumers' Co-operative Stores Limited, Akot on 24th July, 2012 which shows that the non-applicant was in the employment with the Primary Consumers' Co-operative Stores Limited, Akot from 1st July, 1968 till 25th November, 2001."
