The learned Counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions of Ms. Kalpana Sanjay Ikhar, Executive Engineer, makes a statement that the Bhakt Niwas as proposed to be constructed on the site of the petitioner shall be accordingly constructed and it has been decided not to shift the same. The said statement is accepted.

In view of aforesaid, the purpose of filing the Writ Petition stands served. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
