Present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing Arbitration Appeal. There is a delay of 26 days. However, there is no delay from the date of knowledge. It appears that in the Website of the District Judge, this matter is reflected subsequently therefore, delay is caused in filing appeal in this matter. 2.
Though, application is opposed by the respondents, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of.

Delay of 26 days is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to register the arbitration appeal. After registration of the same, issued notice to the respondents.
