Shri S.K. Pardhy, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner.

The petitioner - a senior citizen aged about 78 years, seeks fixed date of hearing. He was declined promotion as Range Forest Officer and Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has rejected his challenge. According to Shri Pardhy, learned counsel, at the relevant time, he was suspended and that suspension was revoked and the petitioner has been exonerated from all charges. He states that the respondents have filed an affidavit on 15.12.2014 stating that they do not have any service records.

In the circumstances, we grant civil application. List Writ Petition No. 1191 of 2009 for final hearing in the week commencing from 04.07.2016. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
