Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that as the petition challenges the order of injunction and the parties are of the opinion that instead of prosecuting the petition for some more time, it will be in the interest of parties to request for deciding the suit pending before the lower Court within reasonable period. The request is reasonable one. No prejudice is caused to any parties. On the contrary, interest of justice would be met and the proceedings itself would come to an end instead of fighting in this Court against some interim order. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of with a directions to the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur to decide RCS No. .....2/-

2 wp2263.15.odt 614/2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 30th June, 2016 by giving opportunity of hearing to the parties.

The parties are directed to maintain status quo as on today, till then.
