By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 29.07.2024, passed by the respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, which is at page No.54. It is the contention of the petitioner that petitioner No.1 is the educational institution and petitioner No.2 is the school run by the petitioner No.1 institution. The petitioner No.3 is the employee. The petitioner institution submitted a proposal of petitioner No.3 to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to grant approval. The Education Officer by its order dated 29.07.2024 rejected the approval.

2 935-WP No.3781.2025 The same order was quashed and set aside vide Judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025 (Anjuman Mufidul Islam Shikshan Sanstha, Khamgaon and others Vs. Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana and another), dated 15.10.2025.

Thus, this petition is covered by the Judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025 (supra). 4.

As such, the writ petition is allowed in terms of Judgment passed in Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025 (supra). 5.

The impugned order dated 29.07.2024, passed by respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana is hereby quashed and set aside. 6.

We direct the respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the proposal to grant approval of the petitioner No.3 in terms of Judgment in Writ Petition No. 3782 of 2025 (supra). The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
