We do not find on a reading of the writ petition and the civil application that it would be necessary to delete the respondent no.2 from the array of the respondents as though the respondent no.2 may not be a necessary party against whom a relief is sought, the respondent no.2 seems to be a proper party as it is on the basis of the audit-recommendations of the respondent no.2 that the impugned order is passed by the respondent no.1. Hence, we reject the application, at this stage. Stand over after Summer Vacations.
