This petition challenges order dated 23.03.2021 passed by the respondent no.1 thereby granting stay to the order of disqualification passed against the respondents on 15.03.2021.

Taking into consideration the fact that interim stay order passed by the respondent no.1-Appellate Authority is challenged in the present petition, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to take decision on the pending appeal, within a period of four weeks from today.
