None appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- towards penalty and as such the vehicle of the petitioner is released. 4.

As far as the recovery of another amount of Rs.2,00,000/- for which the challan was passed by the respondent-revenue authorities or the amount of bond which is fixed at Rs.16,00,000/- is concerned, we deem it appropriate to leave it to the discretion of the respondents to recover the same, if so required, in accordance with law. Of course, such recovery shall be after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
