This is an application for relaxation of condition. 2.

By order dated 23.10.2024, this Court permitted respondent no.1 to withdraw 50% of decreetal amount on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety alongwith accrued interest thereon.

The contention is that the land of entire village has been acquired and therefore, respondent no.1 is unable to furnish solvent surety.

Considering the situation, permission to even withdraw 25% of the decreetal amount on furnishing usual undertaking is granted.

The application stands disposed of.
