The learned A.P.P. invited our attention to Para 3 of the application to submit that some time was taken for compliance of the necessary procedural formalities and, therefore, the delay caused is unintentional. 2.
In view of the submissions of the learned A.P.P. and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in filing an appeal is condoned. The application is allowed. 3.
