The petitioner on one hand and respondent no. 1 through its Secretary and respondent no. 3 School have amicably resolved the dispute and filed compromise pursis. The petitioner is being absorbed by respondent nos. 1 and 3.
Learned AGP submits that respondent no. 4 is not party to said compromise.
It is obvious that the respondent no. 4 has to consider the matter as and when it reaches to him in accordance with law. Subject to same, we accept the compromise pursis. Puris is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'.
