Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, we are satisfied that the legal heirs of the petitioner no.1 ought to be permitted to be brought on record. The cause indicated in the application as reason for delay in taking necessary steps is acceptable. Hence, the civil application is allowed. The legal heirs of the petitioner no.1 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out accordingly.

The petitioners shall pay deficit Court fee on the civil application. The civil application is disposed of.
