This application seeks condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased respondent nos.1, 2 and 8. It is stated that the demise of these respondents was learnt recently, and therefore, there is no delay and even otherwise if there is, the same needs to be condoned. For the reason given in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Civil Application (CAW) No.699 of 2021 and Civil Application (CAW) No.697 of 2021 1.

Civil Application (CAW) No.699 of 2021 seeks setting aside abatement and Civil Application (CAW) No.697 of 2021 seeks to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.1, 2 and 8 on record, for the

(2) 18.wp.1430.2021 reasons stated therein, and accepting the same, the civil applications are allowed.

The additions be carried out by tomorrow and the same being carried out, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 30.8.2022.

The petitioners to serve the added respondents by all modes permissible in law.
